Dr. Hernandez completed his Doctor of Optometry degree at Illinois College of Optometry in 2017, following a Bachelor of Science degree from The College of Idaho in 2012. He practices in Caldwell and Middleton, where he provides advanced eye care through collaborative practice. Dr. Hernandez aims to ensure positive outcomes for his patients through effective communication and high-quality care.
